LSC ACCESS BEGINS AT LEVEL 2

Completing Level 2 and earning your CLS™ designation is the gate. It is not about paying for access — it is about having done the work that makes this community worth joining. It's about meaningful contribution. If you are currently in Level 1, your path to the LSC starts with upgrading to Level 2. Level 1 buyers receive a credit toward Level 2 enrollment.

Professionals Only

Every member has earned their CLS™ designation. Conduct yourself accordingly. Generic questions that belong in a beginner forum do not belong here.

Real Deals Only

When you share a deal or ask for feedback, bring real numbers. Hypothetical scenarios are for classrooms. This community is for practitioners.

Confidentiality

What gets shared in the LSC stays in the LSC. Deal specifics, client situations, and financial details shared by members are shared in confidence. Violations result in permanent removal.

No Solicitation

The LSC is not a lead generation platform. Referrals happen organically when members know and trust each other. Unsolicited pitching to other members is not permitted.

Give Before You Take

The members who get the most from the LSC are the ones who contribute first. Share what you are seeing in your market. Respond to other members' deal threads. The community is only as valuable as what everyone puts into it.

  • If you have completed Level 2 and earned your CLS™ designation, your LSC access is active inside your dashboard. Log in and look for the LSC Community tab.
  • If you are currently at Level 1 — your next step is upgrading to Level 2. Your Level 1 investment is credited toward the Level 2 enrollment price. The upgrade path is available inside your dashboard.
  • If you are new to Land Specialist Academy — Level 2 is where the LSC begins. You can start at Level 1 and upgrade, or enroll directly in Level 2 if you are ready to move fast.
